Rack Refrigeration Simulator

A training simulator for a supermarket parallel compressor rack.

Pick a refrigerant, set a case temperature per evaporator, set an ambient, and press START — then watch suction and condensing pressure, superheat, subcooling, case temperatures, valve positions and compressor staging respond in real time on a live schematic. Inject a fault — dirty condenser, low charge, restricted TXV, EPR stuck, plugged drier — and diagnose it from the gauges. Field units throughout: °F, psig, BTU.
